Description:
The Piranha P-1 Pocket series is functional and stylish with a good feel. The 154-CM blade is drop-point styled. It opens with a commanding kick and locks solidly into place. The lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum handle is hard anodized and features recessed grooves for added gripping power. Also, the knife is very thin which makes it quite comfortable for pocket carry with the titanium clip.

Bang for the buck, this is one of the best little auto knives on the market. My only 3 gripes: there is no sharpening choil, you can not adjust the pivot, and the handles are slick. Since I carry this as an EDC knife though, I have never found the slick handles to be a problem. I could highly recommend this knife to anyone looking for a standard auto knife. The newer design looks even better, since the blade design lends itself to easier sharpening.
Been on a kick for autos for a while. This one seems cheaper then some others offered at this price point. The blade is a high gloss chrome, reminiscent of 10 dollar knife from Walmart. No markings on the blade from the box, and it seems easy to scratch. the action is very good and snappy, but overall the feel is a bit cheep. the blade seems like it could have been longer, thicker, then it is, and the smooth handle is light. Three stars because at this price point there a re much better offerings from Gerber, and Kershaw to name a few.
