The pocket grappling hook was designed by EOD Robotics, Inc. for use in desert warfare. It's portability and light weight make it ideal snagging trip wires or command detonation wires on IEDs - very useful in a combat environment. Here at home, it has a variety of police and civilian uses. The waterproof compartment is great for protecting valuables. Body is made of T6061 aluminum, and the 3.00" spikes are made of 300 series stainless steel.
