German Style Throwing Hatchet

Although the Prandi German-Style Throwing Hatchet is made primarily for the sport, the tool can also take on daily chopping chores. It draws its inspiration from Scandinavia's traditional cutting and splitting tools, and the throwing axe is particularly well-balanced for competition. The blade undergoes precise oil tempering followed by an additional tempering process. Handcrafted taping of the blade using grained flap wheels enhances the blade's movement through wood, minimizing surface friction and maximizing cutting efficiency. The blade is also hand-sharpened, promising superior cutting performance even with the most knot-filled woods. The handle is crafted from American hickory wood for durability and comfort.
