Description:
The Pro-Tech SBR is a smaller, lighter, and more pocketable version of the popular Rockeye, hence the name SBR, or Short Bladed Rockeye. It's designed by Les George, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and master craftsman of tactical knives. The blade features a useful drop point with a patch of jimping that gives you superb control of the knife. The handle is simple and clean, with just enough contouring to make it comfortable. For ease of carry, the pocket clip, and its screws, are recessed into the handle, making sliding it in and out of the pocket easy.
The Pro-Tech SBR comes in several colors, and sometimes comes in custom models. Pro-Tech knows how excellent this knife is, and they are committed to making the perfect one for you!
Protech quality is top notch, this knife is a perfect example. Action and lockup are rock solid. Large enough for a full grip yet isn't noticeable once clipped in your pocket. The short deep carry loop over pocket clip on this knife is the best I have ever used. ( I wish all Protech knives used this clip). After two months of carry I can tell you its worth every penny. I will more than likely own multiple colors of this knife down the road.
Protech as always knocked it out of the park! This knife is little but stout. Very well made and great fit and finish. Action is lightning fast.
Been awaiting the release of this knife since the reveal at shot show. I was very excited to see this version of it released at Blade HQ. Ordered it as soon as it was available on Friday and it made it to my door the following Monday, all the way on the east coast. Thanks Protech and Blade HQ!!
Protech does it again! I have the full size Rockeye auto and have been chomping at the bit for this one to come out. Great size for EDC purposes. Fit, finish, lockup, pocket clip and that ohhhhh so sweet Protech *SnAp* are all second to none. This company has perfected the side opening automatic knife. Hands down. Just buy one. You'll see..
I have several Benchmades. 2 Microtech otf. Boker auto. Several other budget ones. This is my first protech and now my favorite This thing fires like a rocket razor sharp and perfect edc size. Ordered this on Friday as soon as I saw the announcement that they were finally available. I have been excited to grab one of these since the shot show videos you all posted. Amazing action and fit and finish. Love the blue handle color and the acid stone wash finish of the blade. I really like Les George designs and blade shape and this small version is awesome. Blade HQ customer service is top notch as well. Ordered Friday with standard shipping and received it Monday on the other side of the country!
