Terrible QC
Jay-ar C.
This knife looked promising but it passed though QC with some problems. The blade had a dark stain and an obvious scratch. It also was not centered and could not be adjusted by the pivot. Returning it to BladeHQ.
Is too smooth a thing?
Renae B.
Real steel consistently has super smooth action and this is the smoothest by far, zero wrist action needed to close the knife (like you usually need with an axis lock) and none is needed to open it if the knife is pointing down. In fact using wrist will cause it to bounce back nearly open.
No blade play, which can be an issue on plunge locks, especially budget ones.
As to the grip, it's no more or less slippery than any other metal gripped knife, the shape is adequate to keep in hand for edc use. It's actually quite comfortable to me.
And complaining about the opening hole on this is like complaining about thumb studs on a flipper, you're never gonna use anyway.
The action and lock are the star and more than compensate for the nit picky drawbacks.
Nice but not for me
Pete R.
This knife is pretty great. blade shape great, action great, has a nice finger choil, came sharp, surprisingly no blade play up and down or side to side, and overall a good knife. My only qualm with this knife is the handle its slick and not really the most comfortable in hand.
Buy it! Outstanding value!

The only imperfect aspect of this knife is the ergonomics, they're not bad, just a little odd. The best part of this knife is the lock/action, it's smoother than my ZT0562CF and the lockup is superb! I highly recommend buying one.
