This has been used as a machete axe for chopping logs and resharpened and used for cooking on camping trips. Absolutely great knife machete.
Thought this would be a good "beater" knife to keep in the truck, seems like a good size, read reviews saying people had chopped logs with it. Ok, sure. Used it for the first time today, just wanted to cut a few 1/2" branches off of a small tree in the front yard. Bad idea. The blade bent, twisted, and chipped, and I was babying it. This knife is not up to any degree of actual use. 100% regret this purchase.
