This is an extremely high quality knife
Jacob W.
I bought this knife as a pre-order from Smith and Sons themselves. The simplest way I can put it is that this is a perfect knife for any normal edc task you can find. The edge is razor sharp. The lock is perfectly tight, and the release is smooth and doesn't hang up. The handle is thin, yet the size lets it fill your hand. It's a very light weight knife. The micarta scales are smooth, but have plenty of grip. The maroon is beautiful on it. The sheath is also a work of art. The stitching is perfect. The leather broke in easily, and it sits well on a belt. For a traditional pocket knife, I find this to be perfect. The only thing I wish was different, would be that I would like a four inch blade, but oh well it's close enough and it doesn't really need it to be a wonderful knife.
