Smith & Wesson's Bullseye 8" is a set of six throwing knives, measuring 8" each and crafted from 2Cr13 stainless steel. Comes with nylon sheath and slots for each knife. Set weighs 1 lb. 7 oz.
For what you pay, these are good throwers. Good weight and balance. Been pretty tough so far. Holding a pretty good edge. Pleased overall.
The first set of knives I purchased to try throwing were the Kershaw Ion Daggers. These Smith and Wesson are a much better set. I would highly recommend them for beginner throwers. They seem more durable than the Kershaw knives, and they are easier to throw.
Kind of expect to be useless with 2cr steel. Expect every throw and stick to dull, and every drop to roll the edge. Sharpening is a waste of time. Used a dremmel to get the tips back, which are gone after another 2min of throwing. Get something with a better steel. I recommend 1055 - 1095. Not sure how spydies 8cr throwers are, but these are a waste of $30.
