Customer Reviews

My first spyderco
Matthew E. on Feb 9, 2020

This knife...just buy it. Let me elaborate. If what you want is a knife that will get the job done without making a scene and just doing a task quietly, this knife isn't for you. This knife is made for one reason only. It is awesome. The fit and finish is what is expected from Spyderco's Taichung factory, which is just short of impeccable quality. The design from Nati of Black Snow Customs is just crazy in all the good ways. Oh, by the way, the ergos is awesome too since it's so chunky. The clip is boring and it may be heavy, but it's worth the money. So like I said in the beginning. Just buy it

Great Knife
Sean C. on Jan 28, 2019

Bought mine new but second hand. It’s a chunky knife, no doubt, but I love it. Super smooth, great ergos, great blade shape. Spyderhole could stand to be chamfered a bit, but that goes for every Spyderco.

Uniquely awesome

Quality you expect from the Spyderco Taiwan knives in a unique large design. The clip works great on this knife.

Thug Life!

Don’t listen to them !
Timothy B. on Dec 19, 2018

These nerds let a clip ruin a knife for them!? Bahahahahaha buy this cause it’s gonna be awesome and we all know it! Nati is an awesome guy and I will certainly be buying this since I’m too poor for a custom ;)

Good Knife!
Timothy H. on Feb 23, 2019

I've tried a few knives, and Spiderco is my favorite manufacturer. This is a very nice knife, and stays true to the custom in a lot of areas. My only gripe is the detent, which is a little light for the weight of the blade. It's pretty easy to shake out, and is a little light for the spidey-flick, but its not horrible either. I also like bigger knives, and this one definitely is that.

Amazing design, but
Andy S. on Dec 10, 2018

This Nati Amor design is incredible, Spyderco Taichung is incredible, and I will buy this knife. But the same old S30V as all my other spydies, one G10 color with no options, and a junky looking clip that needs to be replaced immediately? It's just not 2005 any more, guys.

I agree
Joshua S. on Jan 30, 2019

That clip needs to be retired. Especially on their higher end offerings. It's like Ford using interior parts on a GT that could also be found on a Focus. It would be different if it was a good clip. Beautiful knife and great company. Would be better if it was made in Golden, Colorado, USA, Earth!!!

Another great design ruined by a crappy clip
Stacey T. on Nov 7, 2018

Why does Spyderco keep putting cheapo, generic clips on great designs that cost hundreds of dollars. Everything else looks to be spot one. Get with the program, Spyderco!!!
