The blade on the Spyderco Delica is CPM S30V stainless steel in a wharncliffe style with a perfectly straight cutting edge. The Spyderco original thumb hole on the blade allows ambidextrous one-hand opening for right or left handers and the phosphor bronze washers at the pivot make the blade action smooth. The Delica has a lightweight FRN (fiberglass reinforced nylon) handle with skeletonized stainless steel liners and a strong back lock mechanism. The handle features screw construction for quick, simple cleaning and adjustment. The FRN scales utilize Spyderco's patented Bi-Directional Texturing to keep your hand from slipping under pressure. The pocket clip is 4-way reversible for tip-up/down and left & right carry.

The Delica is a smaller version of the Spyderco Endura knife. Both knives have been extremely popular over the years thanks to their lightweight, high performance build and affordable price.

Don’t listen to the other donut who reviewed the shipping. The knife is awesome super sharp and the blade is perfect for edc.

This seems like a quality knife but sadly it came dull. I own multiple other spydercos and this is the only one to ever come dull. It would not even cut paper upon arrival. However, now that I spent time sharpening the knife it will shave arm hair. Was slightly upset that a $100 knife would come from the factory dull.

The Spyderco delica is a tried and true model, I have no issue with the knife. I bought this during a sale where bladehq offered free 2 day shipping with orders over 100$. I took advantage of this and spent 10 more dollars on top of the knife to meet the threshold for free 2 day shipping. The knife took 6 days to get to me, which wouldn't be a problem, but I find that unreasonable when I opted for 2 day shipping.
