Spyderco NAND

These days, it's difficult to come across a knife like no other—but the Spyderco NAND is just that. The materials are nothing new (though notably premium): titanium for the handle and Bohler M398 steel for the blade. Even the mechanism, a double detent non-locking system, is nothing new. What is new, though, is the artful way Paul Alexander put all these components together. The blade opens much like a straight razor, using the extended tang like an oversized front flipper. That and other subtle design choices contribute to a blade that feels solidly locked open despite it being technically not. Spyderco's signature Round Hole opener polishes off the piece. Stand out with the NAND—a folding knife that's as much art as it is a cutting tool.
