Description
The Peter Rassenti designed Spyderco Nivrana is ridiculously awesome in every way. Design, engineering, and materials are beyond first-class, and it's changing the production knife landscape as well. Its handle is milled from a single billet of 6Al4V titanium and is accompanied by a premium CPM-S90V steel blade.

A sculpted, carved, titanium integral, on bearings, in S90V. Spyderco just killed it with this one.
I've always wanted a Rassenti but didn't want to spend $1200+.
I've owned many Hinderers, CRKs, Striders, custom Emersons, Vandermuelens, ZTs, Microtech, etc... And this knife puts all those to shame. For $429, you get a knife that is worth every penny. The fit and finish is stellar, the darkened stonewash reminds me of Hinderer's working finish. The ergos are incredible, the action is incredible, and knife is incredible.
My only gripes... The lock sometimes sticks, but was easily remedied by a little bit of sharpie on the tang, and S90V is a b**** to sharpen.

This knife is beautiful and that why I bought it. Everything is symetrical and lines up smoothly. However it did have a bit of lock stick but that was an easy fix with a graphite pencil. Not the smoothest dropping but definetley woth the money. A whole lotta blade inside a lil handle and the weight is perfect!
Loved it

Handle lock would stick at first; once it was broken in, there was nothing to complain about. I've had it for over a month now and the edge is still as sharp as when I took it out the box.

This is my first high end knife, and I absolutely love this thing !!!!!!
such a beautiful knife.
Ergos are great
Blade is sharp af
And it just looks cool
Its alot bigger than i expected but in a good way, it fills your hand and has a good sized blade.
Lock stick os definitely an issue and the only reason i didnt give 5star but i hope that will free up over time.
