Smooth action right out the box. Blade is razor sharp and absolutely gorgeous (M4 steel). The Jade handle is grippy and solid but not too heavy. The compression lock is solid, deploys every time. The blade is absolutely drop-shutty, and awesome to carefully fidget with. Blade HQ mailed this knife is secure packaging and arrived in 4 days :)
