The Frog Market Special is a design of Steven Dick from Tactical Knives, modeled after the knives he saw while in Hanoi, Vietnam. Within the first 10 seconds of holding this knife I started to make guacamole, and a pico de gayo. I can honestly say that this knife cut through tomatoes like it cutting air. It cuts so effortlessly, I have to make sure I dont go to fast and cut myself. The Frog Market Special is all around fun to use in the kitchen and come with a convenient belt clip with a kydex sheath. I love this blade. Im sure it would excel in small game processing tasks, I dont hunt but if I did Id but the FMS combo with the new EL Chappo Cleaver both from TOPS.
The FMS is extremely comfortable and easy to maintain and clean, I cant ask for more thanks again TOPS for another great blade you're the best, God bless.

The blade tip is what really makes this knife shine, and this is my "go to" kitchen knife for trimming the membrane from skirt steak, quartering poultry, and butterflying meats. It was ready to go to work right out of the bag, but a bit of stropping really improved the keenness. After using, I wash it with hot soapy water, lightly hone & strop it, then store with a thin coating of cooking oil.
