I was shocked!

When I opened the package and saw the box that was inside I honestly thought maybe BladeHQ sent me the wrong knife. I slid the outer V Nives sleeve off and then opened the V Nives Pelican-like case. There, surrounded by a cut to fit foam insert, was the Stout I ordered. I take it out and underneath it is a bag containing a torx allen key and another bag of spare screws. I was shocked. All this for a $25 knife. Then I see the insert with a photo of the crew from the factory that makes the knives along with a message from Mike Vellekamp. I start handling the knife and the fit, finish, and action are excellent. The edge is very sharp. I'm truly impressed with what Mike V is trying to accomplish here with his new company. I've always been a fan of Mike Vellekamp's knives and designs from Blade-Tech, 5.11 Tactical, and Fox. I truly wish him great success in this new venture of his and I'm excited to see what's coming next from V Nives.
