Got this as a present for my daughters 7th birthday. She was SO EXCITED. I know it's sharp, because the one person in the house I didn't give knife safety to (my wife) cut herself pretty bad with it.
My wife was delighted by this knife and uses it frequently. It really is well-made and came very sharp.
I bought this for a kid and she was elated to receive it. Excellent first knife and amazing BHQ artwork exclusivity, what's not to love?! Btw I stropped this little blade and it is quite sharp!
This slips into any pocket, and I barely notice it. It’s extremely helpful to have the tweezers, nail file, and toothpick. It’s a great little piece, not to mention the comedic value and beauty of the mermaid design. I bought four for Christmas stocking stuffers and all seem to be of the same high quality.
I will admit, the only reason I got this knife is because it's a BHQ exclusive. But no matter, its still a great knife.
As a collector of Victorinox Swiss Army knives, I'm always looking for unique and beautiful designs. The Blade HQ Mermaid design is incredible. I get many comments on the knife and it is a prize addition to my collection. Thanks BladeHQ.
Thank you BHQ for making this knife. I felt so alone in this world and then this beauty came along. Now I can do all the things & stuff. josh
I knew it was a small knife but wow is it small. Even in my 8yr old daughter's hands it's tiny. Border line unusable tiny. 3 stars cause it is pretty, and I've wasted $20 on worse things than a cute knife for my daughter. I think I'd rate it higher if it was $15 or less since it's more a conversation piece than actual knife.
