This 617F model is outfitted with a tan G-10 handle and a satin finished blade made from D2 steel. The 617 offers the first G-10 folder from We Knife Co., for those who prefer a more tactile grip than their standard titanium handles. It has a stylish harpoon style blade made from ultra-tough D2 tool steel. Ceramic ball bearings and an integral blade flipper provide silky smooth blade deployment with a push of the finger. Titanium pocket clip, backspacer and hardware further solidify the design.

I was super excited to find a WE knife for only $100. The action is super sweet, the blade came out of the package razor sharp, and the G-10 handles are perfect. I would definitely recommend picking one up!

I think out of any knife I have ever purchased (Spyderco, Benchmade, SOG, Cold Steel, CRKT, Emerson, ESEE) this is my favorite one. Action is so smooth wow barley have to press and it just flicks right open thanks to the ceramic bearings. It almost closes on its own because it’s so smooth. The whole knife just looks and feels beautiful I love it so much. Blade is D2 along with the pocket clip which is great. Knife is razor sharp out of the box which I love! There is not anything I can say bad about this knife I’ll be purchasing products from We Knife Company in the future 5/5
Sharpest knife I've ever received out of the box. For 100 bucks, it really is amazing.
The 617 is the single smoothest knife I own, even above some of my very broken-in favorites. I could flip this knife open and closed for the rest of my life and I don't think it would ever get old. Ergonomics are great all over the knife, even the backspacer and clip have great ridges to grip the blade to get it out of your pocket. G10, D2, Titanium, just to name a few of the flawless hardware materials, are all crafted very well. WE Knives treats their customers to not only amazing, quality knives, but also to a great zipper case, cleaning cloth, and dedicated star-bit tool for the unique screws and pivot. This 617 was instantly one of my all time favorites as soon as I flipped it once.
This knife exceeded all my expectations! it arrived a day early, came with a nice case and cleaning cloth, along with the special tool for the hardware. It has a super comfortable grip and the flipping is very smooth. The D2 is excellent and comes razor sharp. This will be my EDC for a good long time.
