Wander Tactical Haast Eagle Fixed Blade Knife Black Micarta (5.625" FDE)

Named after the now extinct largest eagle to have ever existed, the Wander Tactical Haast Eagle is a mid-sized fixed blade knife ruggedly built and capable of standing up to the most severe of environments.

Wander Tactical uses a 0.25" slab of D2 tool steel which is meticulously ground and profiled for a stout drop point blade. Cryogenically heat treated to 59-61 HRC, the Haast Eagle takes and holds a razor's edge. Finished with a flat dark earth KG Gun Kote finish for outstanding corrosion protection, resistance to chemicals, oils and solvents and is capable of withstanding temperatures from -320 degrees F to 500 degrees F. Black micarta handle scales are comfortable in hand and feature a grooved texture for superb control with a dedicated finger choil. The fully MOLLE compatible kydex belt sheath allows for easy carry on your hip, or securely attached to any of your gear.

Features:

  • Thick, cryogenically treated D2 tool steel for extreme edge sharpness and retention.
  • Non-reflective, corrosion resistant FDE KG Gun Kote finish.
  • Textured black micarta handles for a comfortable and secure grip.
  • Durable MOLLE compatible black kydex belt sheath.
