Schrade Knives

Schrade got its start in 1904 as the Schrade Cutlery Company in Walden New York. Schrade produced new knives that the public had never seen before, and began to expand its operations. Schrade Cutlery went on to merge in 1941 and form the Imperial Knife Associated Companies.

Schrade Knives & Tools is now part of the BTI Tools, LLC family of knife brands that also includes Old Timer, Imperial, and Uncle Henry. Schrade produces a wide range of pocket knives, assisted opening knives, fixed-blade hunting and survival knives, axes/hatchets, machetes, digging implements, and other outdoorsman- and survival-oriented accessories sure to get you zombie apocalypse ready.

Many people think of classic traditional knives when they hear Schrade. While they still produce those under brands like Old Timer, Schrade also produces affordable manual pocket knives and automatic knives. THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (the “Warranty”) is granted by Battenfeld Technologies Inc. (“BTI”) This Warranty is effective from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser of any knife or cutlery product under Schrade®, Old Timer®, Uncle Henry®, ImperialTM, Smith & Wesson® or M&P® brands (the “Product(s)”). In order to be eligible for service or replacement under this Warranty, the original retail purchaser (the “Buyer”) must return a completed authorized warranty card, or register online at https://www.btibrands.com/warranty within thirty (30) days of purchase of such Product. With respect to such Product, this Warranty supersedes any and all other warranties.

Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any such defects of which BTI receives written notice by the Buyer will be remedied without charge within a reasonable time after such notification and delivery of the Product as provided below.
