I've been carrying this knife off and on for the past month heres a quick list of what I've found
Pros:
-great design
-great materials
-great packaging
-blue blends in great with jeans
-screws can unscrew with torque and flathead
-fall shutty
-proprietary tool provided
-over travel stop
-light for its size
-fits in pocket will
-thin

Con:
-too thick blade stock
-blade play
-slippery flipper
-hot spot on clip
-logo looks almost like a swastika
-not a pleasure to flip

conclusion (so far)

The biggest downfall of this knife is that fact that it doesn't have gimping on the flipper tab, if it had that than this would be a different story. new company, needs to do some more growing in the fit and finish department to hang with the other knives being sold at this price point.
