This Bear & Son SS15 butterfly knife has a black coated tanto blade and polished stainless steel handles. Stainless steel provides the strength and durability needed for a good balisong knife. The handles are skeletonized so it's lightweight and fun to flip (we recommend some training videos and maybe taping the edge of the blade before diving into this). The knife includes a durable tail latch for holding the knife open, or securely locking it closed.
