This automatic Presidio II model sports a black aluminum handle and a black finished blade with a partially serrated edge. Benchmade has updated their legendary Presidio model with significant ergonomic and performance upgrades. This combat legend has a black anodized 6061-T6 billet aluminum handle with Benchmade's AXIS lock system for effortless one-handed opening and closing. Milled grooves in the handle improve grip while adding a modern flair to the design. The Presidio II has a slightly larger blade and handle that is built to perform well as a tactical or everyday carry knife. Item includes a Cordura sheath with snap retention and a Malice Clip.

Not enough people know about and own this knife! Very ergonomic while still possessing a neutral handle, not forcing your hand into an uncomfortable position, or causing any major hotspots or blisters. But at the same time, when you give up a well defined finger guard/choil, you will lose grip when wet, especially with its anodized aluminum scales, which are fairly grippy when dry, but when encountering a scenario where piercing is necessary, your hand slipping is a possibility.. again, due to the neutrality of the handle. Other than that, the action is great! You keep the axis lock with an additional lock reinforcement slide (is what I call it) and that almost makes it like that of a fixed blade, in other words, very strong lock. And when dealing with autos, the standard plunge, push button lock pales in comparison to this knife. Very robust with steel liners and as I said the aluminum scales. Heavy but appropriate for tackling any task you throw at it!!
