Benchmark Black Butterfly Trainer Knife (4.13" Dull)

This Benchmark Black Butterfly Trainer knife has a clip point style stainless steel blade with a satin finish and dull edges. The handles are cast metal and feature channel construction with pins. The handles are extra thick, giving them a heavier weight and solid feel with cutouts for a nice look. The action on this knife is great!

Satisfied with my purchase

Very well made and arrived very quickly. The only minor comment I would make is that it was a little larger than I had anticipated. Not a complaint, but I wouldn't recommend to people with smaller hands.

Good proformance but a few down sides
John K. on Sep 7, 2021

Overall preformance was great. This was my first balisong of anykind so take what I say with a grain of salt. I really enjoyed flipping this trainer, how ever the handles had a slight amount of movement, but It wasn't noticeable for the time I had it. Which leads to my next point, it broke in 3 days. Now, I don't know if this was an error on the design or me dropping it. I was just flipping it on the couch and suddenly one of the pins just came off. to be fair, I did drop a lot and some of the drops were on hard wood, but most were on carpet or cusion. I'd say its not bad, just be careful and only use it above softer surfaces Also, one last thing, the latch stopped working in the open postion after a day
