Little but, powerful for a smaller version of the model 74; the blade jumps out hard and closes easy. It is small but, built big. I bought this model for utility cutting line, small rope and packing boxes. The serrations work well with AUS 8 steel and the front of the blade is plenty sharp for slicing. I gave mine some stropping and it even got sharper. It cuts paracord and rope great. It is heavier built than most small knives; making it perfect for my needs. It is no gentlemanís model for sure; it is more like a truck driver model. Comes in the same box as the big ones do; making stacking with my others easy. If you like flippers better; this one is not for you. I like both and push a button is just fun to use. In some cases it is easier too; pushing the button opens the knife and I push it and close it on my leg and put it back in my pocket easy-peasy.
Very handy little knife

I have had one of these in my pocket for about a month now. It is a very handy little knife to have on your person. The action is very fast. It has a good solid lockup when the blade is opened fully. The only feature that I wish it had was a lock for the open position. Other than that it is a fantastic knife. It would be a great addition to a toolbox at work or in a tackle box. I would recommend this knife to anyone. I have used it to cut a few things here and there and it is still just as sharp as the day it arrived.
Very Happy

I was looking for an automatic, but I have a nasty habit of losing them, so I didn't want to spend too much on a new knife. This is perfect, and worth more than the $29.95. Very happy with the quality and functionality.

$29 for an automatic knife? I thought it was a joke but, knowing Boker's reputation, I bought one out of curiosity. I wasn't disappointed.
I have been a knife collector for many years and have more autos than I can count. Just about all of them cost in the $100+ range(and many much more). This $29 Boker ranks up there with some of the best of them - tight, solid, fast action. For the money, you can't go wrong with this one.
