Jason Brous has always been known for his whacky designs. But this is sort of, well, plain. But I love it. Here's why:
1) Naked blade. I love how there is no writing on the blade
2) Hollow Grind. I think for an EDC blade, which this is, the hollow grind makes for the best slicing ability. This is no exception
3) It fits will in hand. The chamfering along the finger grooves really helps out too.
4) The blade shape is just classically elegant while being efficient.
5) I love how the stop pin is actually on the blade and set into the knife. Helps with cleaning up the esthetics of the knife.

Now, for the few downsides:
1) I wish it was a deep carry clip. It does ride low but it wouldn't have been too hard to deep clip this knife.
2) If you have big hands, your fingers are going to naturally lay over the frame lock, and at which point the pressure won't allow the blade to clear the detent so it will lock up. You just have to be careful of finger placement.
3) The flipper is very aggressive. Your finger will feel it after a few times.

Overall, great knife and it's awesome watching Jason go out of his "comfort zone" and make something with a little less......flair.
