Love the knife excellent lock up great grind work not too much compares to a simple American buck and as always an edge you can clean up your beard with
Nice knife great size made good blade can’t go wrong for the price I’m going to buy more knifes from blade hq is a great company 2rd knife I bought from them great customer service
This well-produced item is priced like a zillion Chinese-manufactured folders, so it's surprising and encouraging to see Buck identify it as US made. I hope it's true, but even if it isn't, at less than $25 I could hardly complain. It's solid, plenty sharp and operates with the confidence one expects on much more expensive knives. I've only used it for a couple of days, but I am putting it through its paces in the garden while my pricier knives lay unused in the drawer.
There's no reason to not get this knife.
I work as a custodian and I use this knife on a daily basis in my work. The steel is All-American 440HC so it takes an edge very well. The action is smooth and the jimping on the handle makes for a reasonable grip even in a sweaty hand. The lanyard hole is integrated wonderfully into the handle. Being a mid-lockback design, the Bantam is easy to open and close with a single hand, even in latex or vinyl gloves.
