The Tamashii from CIVIVI is a Bob Terzuola design made with style and quality. Bob Terzuola is known throughout for his tactical folding knives and we're pretty excited for this fixed blade! The knife has a slim blade that glides through all kinds of materials with ease. It's lightweight, and snaps securely close to the body in a Kydex sheath. These features make sure the knife won't weigh you down or give away your position. It's ideal use would be for outdoors and traveling, but you couldn't go wrong using this as an everyday carry. Complete all your cutting tasks with the Tamashii fixed blade knife.
CIVIVI Fixed Blades are well built hard-use tools. They come as small as a last-ditch self-defense tool, and as big as as one-tool survival option.
I'm no expert, but I'm very impressed with the Tamashii. It's beautiful and shaving sharp right out of the box. The sheath holds it close, it conceals very well, and easy to forget that you've got it on your hip. Will definitely be my EDC for a long while.
I don't buy many fixed blades, but I loved the look of this one. The pictures do not do this knife justice and the fit and finish are off the charts for a knife of this price. I was almost fooled into thinking the scales were one piece because you cannot see the transition. There is no transition from the pin and lanyard hole as well. This knife feels much more expensive than it is and also comes with a nice sheath that doesn't require taking a belt on and off.
This is my first Civivi and I'll be honest I was reluctant because this was manufactured "elsewhere". This knife is probably the closest I'll ever get to having a Terzoula so I decided to give it a fair shake. I can honestly say that I'm glad that I did because the quality is amazing! D2 and G10 with a quality Kydex sheath at this price is a great deal! I am tempted to purchase a folding knife from them now so giving these folks a try is my recommendation.
