So this isn’t the best knife in my collection spec wise, but it’s my favorite. The sum of all the parts make this a solid dependable knife. I know some people don’t like assisted blades but it just seems right on this. It isn’t hard to close and it doesn’t snap out without control. The D2 steel is “good enough”. It’s tough but still easy to sharpen. The deadlock works perfectly. The liners behind the scales are thick and scream high quality. Even the pocket clip is cool. All the specs of this come together perfectly and make it one of the coolest in my collection and is my edc (this month anyway - you know how it goes). I have a love/hate view of Crkt but this knife reminds me why I keep coming back.
