Description:
The CRKT Minimalist line is a series of, well, minimal fixed blade knives based on Alan Folts' original custom models. Each is made to fit your grip like a glove, to maximizing comfort while minimizing material—and believe me, it does maximize comfort! They're not only light in hand, but light on your wallet, offering remarkable value for the price. You may be tempted to purchase two or three—consider yourself warned!

Wicked blade
Longer blade length a plus even if less visually attractive than the Persian model. I like them both however…jb6gun
This is my favorite of the minimalist series, so far. It fits in the hand like a classic minimalist, then morphs into a shinogi-zukuri katana kissaki (sword tip). It is razor sharp, fits tightly in it's sheath, and carries very comfortably on the belt. 10/10, if you have an appreciation for katana, you'll enjoy this "Katanamalist" from knife maker Alan Folts. It's become my favorite EDC.
Ergonomics are really comfortable and sturdy. Blade to handle ratio is nice for such a small fixed blade. Its design is very nice and well thought out. Throw an Ulti clip on there, makes a perfect pocket-fixed blade, although you might have to get a different-sized screw. The holes in the sheath are rather small.
