Description:

The Cold Steel Mini Recon 1 is a compact knife that bridges the gap between a tactical knife and an EDC knife. The blade locks open securely and won't budge no matter what you do to it thanks to Cold Steel's Tri-Ad lock. Because of how the lock works, and the dual thumb studs, the Mini Recon 1 is completely ambidextrous. The handle is made of gently textured GRN for a secure grip that doesn't eat your pocket.

Great hard use knife
Thomas K. on Jan 19, 2018

This was one of the first pocket knives I ever got and I love it. It’s extremly robust and it’s just G10 handle scales, washers, and the blade which makes it really easy to take apart and clean. The blade steel leave something to be desired as it doesn’t hold an edge for too long but it’s also estreno y easy to sharpen. Initially the lock will be pretty hard to open but once you break it in it should be fine. The pocket clip however will mess up your pockets, I recommend taking some sand paper to the handle scale where the pocket clip touch’s and sanding it down, overall great hard use knife
