Yes my first. I will flip, cut, and learn the right way. I seen this go in and out of stock and I wish I knew why someone is returning or canceling when these sell for more used. If you can get one get it. I'm going to even use it, as I feel it's too beautiful, too durable, and too fun to not. I don't think anybody should keep this on a shelf.
A butterfly knife is not only one of the toughest folder designs, but the most fidgety too. This specific knife is that but beautiful, in my favorite color, in a perfect length for most people and myself, with the best materials, and balanced for maximum fun. My only complaint is 154cm. I know Hom has done more premium steels before and most butterfly knives use 154cm. I'm complaining about it because why not use vg-10 as it's the same all around with higher corrosion resistance. Or, since this knife is as expensive as it is, why not cpm 154.
It's just a little slap but I won't take away a star as it seems very standard.

As the reputation stands for these knives, it's well earned. First knife from him and even some of my pricier knives pale to it in some ways. Even till now, a year later and having gained more knives, this is in my top 3. Holds an edge and works well for light EDC, flipping is a whole new world. When I got mine I assume it was pre-loctite due to the fact that I havent had a screw back out yet.. after 1 year of owning it, still 0 blade rub and tap. I sometimes can't believe how perfect this knife is. Straight from the box and a whole year and not a single tune needed. I keep my knives quite clean so I haven't felt the need to as of yet. All in all, 10 out of 5!! I've gotten so much more than what I expected from his products. Rock on Jerry!

Iím not the most talented flipper, but I really enjoy it. Because of my lack of skill and the sharpness of this blade I donít attempt aerials. Also, I would hate to drop or damage this knife. It is smooth and very lightweight. There is absolutely no blade play! Marvelous!!! Although I prefer flipping knives that have a little more weight,
This knife leaves little to complain about. The blade is gorgeous and came wicked sharp. The blade tip is insane! Have fun, but exercise caution.

Flawless fit and finish, the best I have seen of a sandwich construction balisong. No handle play, no blade rub, and no abnormalities to be found.
Flipping, I'd say it's a step above the Replicant. Smoother for sure, and the neutral balance is better for most tricks and especially aerials (Chaplins are something the Rep is better in). It's not as fast or heavy as an 87, making it a bit easier to control than that beast. The one thing that could trow you off is that it has very thick handles. It took me a bit to get used to and many people would still probably do better on Rep handles. Those are the two knives I can compare it two, I prefer the 87 all things considered, but this CF Basilisk is undoubtedly the best flipper of the three I own.
All in all, it's a direct upgrade from a Replicant unless thick handles aren't your thing. I can't say if it's at the top because I've never gotten my hands on an Alpha Beast. From my experience, it is number one.
Very Nice
