The Ka-Bar BK14 Becker Eskabar knife is a mix of an ESEE Izula and a Becker Necker. Great size and weight attributes with a solid feel. The Eskabar fixed blade knife comes with a GFN sheath and 550 cord. Tang stamped "BK&T KA-BAR" on one side and "RANDALL'S ADVENTURE ESEE" on the other. This is a great knife that will serve you well for years to come!

Just buy it, excellent knife for edc. It’s a great shape and size. I recommend adding the izula scales over the frn orange and black ones. I tried them both and the micarta izula scales feel better for me. I wear class gloves and that seemed to fill my hand better. I’m not a fan of the sheath (it’s a decent design but the gfn sheath might not have been the best choice in my opinion. If the edge of the blade rubbed up on the sheath, it did seem to dull. I made a couple of leather sheaths and they work perfectly with the knife! I took this little guy camping with some larger knives too and still kept gravitating back to this one; even for heavier tasks like splitting fire wood. This knife is more than capable and is a regular carry knife for me working construction as well.
This knife does it all, it’s not the best per say at anything but it will do fine at just about anything.
I llike this product and will buy more. Thanks Shop
Go ahead and purchase the FRN scales... makes a huge difference with the ERGOS. Take off the "latch" off the sheath and put iwb loops on the larger of the eyelets. Carries exceptionally well on the abdomen in the horizontal configuration. This is a great option if you're looking for a F/B EDC.
This knife lives in my fishing pack and i love it. it is always sharp and ive used it to split tinder and filet fish. love the simplicity.
This knife is by far the best little bushcraft/edc able knife I own period. Love the design. Only problem is its to big to conceal neck carry under shirt but that should be a expected with length of knife.
I love this knife. It came very very sharp, and is the perfect size for work. Word of caution, it came as a neck knife. It's shipped with the sheath and a length of paracord. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of neck knives, so what I did was I used the paracord it came with, did a nice paracord wrap on the handle, and I got a belt clip that screws into one hole (The configuration of the holes on the sheath do not allow for the use of a TekLok). Now I just wear it on my belt rather than my neck, and it's still the best damn work knife I have!
