Description:
The Kershaw Iridium is a high-value EDC knife built from aluminum and steel. It features a cross bar lock paired with a reversible pocket clip, making it fully ambidextrous. In hand, the knife is light and wieldy, making it nothing short of a joy to slice through whatever you need cut from day to day. You'll love Kershaw's DuraLock technology. The reliable steel crossbar connects with the blade tang and securely locks the blade in place; all you have to do is pull back on the lock to safely close the blade. Update your pocket knife collection with the Kershaw Iridium!

I received my knife days after the preorder was available. At that time the 4 other reviews were spot on. My edge is sharp even with the factory fast grind. I like to polish them to perfection but it isn't required if you're buying this for a work knife. The weight is good, maybe even perfect. I love the smooth aluminum handles and the overall feel in hand. A filler for the recessed pocket clip spot would be cool. I'm really happy with this knife.
Amazing action on this knife ! Feels really good in the hand. Wont go wrong in picking one of these knifes up.
Truly a wonderful knife. The fit and finish is perfect and the design is excellent. It amazing they can produce this knife that rivals or exceeds most $300 knives. I’d to see a review comparing this knife to one mfg new $550 thin knife.
Just received today. Smooth as silk as mentioned in other review this feels like most of my $200+ knives home run with this knife
Pros: Action is amazing, it was drop shut right out of the box, and the knife practically glides open with just a little bit of effort. It also came shaving sharp, which is pretty impressive for a cheaper knife like this. The knife feels very robust, if slightly heavy owing to the aluminum scales, and back spacer. (Personal pro: I love that the back spacer is anodized, it gives it a nice pop of color.) Cons: There was very, very slight blade play, but nothing a quick tightening didn't fix. I also wish there was a plate to cover the empty clip slot for the opposite side that you have it in. Overall; I VERY highly recommend this knife. It's a VERY easy pick to get a solid quality crossbar lock knife that doesn't feel cheap. I personally hope Kershaw sees success with this model, and we can get more colors, and maybe even blade shapes out there for this. I could easily see this as a great platform for that.
For the price you can't beat this one. I love the handle material, blade shape and action. Own several Kershaw knives and this as good as any of their American made products.
Just got mine in today and man it’s as smooth as heck. I handed it to my brother and thought it was a 200 dollar knife. Kershaw really did great with this model, it’s a steal for this price!
I really feel like this knife wanted to capture the vibe of the 940 and put in in a budget oriented knife, and so far it does that great. Assuming it holds up I have nothing negative to say off the top of my head.
