The Kershaw Launch 4 knife is a California-legal automatic with a ridiculously fast action. Its symmetry in design, both handle and blade, adds distinction. Following the tradition of its predecessors, the Launch 4 has a bulls-eye pattern firing button and a tip-up carry pocket clip. This automatic knife is a pint-sized performer!

It is perfect. This knife is the perfect weight and size for a convenience type knife. I got it for my wife and she loves the color and classy Damascus blade. Built solid and the blade action is stellar and SAFE. The knife fits perfect in a small pouch in her purse where the clip holds it safely. I would definitely buy another.
This is my 3rd launch 4 and by far the most responsive opening with the button out of the box. Love the damascus blade.
Small, snappy and the Damascus looks good. I did change the pocket clip right away to an aftermarket titanium fold over. The stock clip is fine but leaves a lot of this small EDC blade sticking up out of the pocket.
I actually have the other Blade HQ exclusive Launch 4, Black with lime green blade and clip, could not find it to review so I will do it here. Love this little thing, snaps open with authority, it is sharp and it is just a cool little knife. Would prefer a deeper carry clip, but I love the color of this one so I will leave it be. Great little knife, you will not be disappointed. Made in the USA!
I got this knife because I had heard so many good things about it. So I decided to get the Damascus version, because go big or go home. I've used this knife nearly everyday that I've owned it. And there's only one part that's gone wrong, and that's the etching of the blade. It went away fairly fast for me (probably from the heavy use), but the blade itself has now gained character from the amount of use I've gotten. I love this blade as a quick box cutter and it's perfect for that or any other job required.
I am a huge fan of this knife with one exception: the pocket clip. The knife does not feel very secure in my pocket. Sadly it usually stays at home since I am afraid that I am going to lose it. Aside from that, the action is great. It looks fantastic, and feels great in hand.
This is a nice little knife with quick action . I feel it is a bit bulky for the length of the blade . I just received one of the Launch 9's and much prefer it's style . If they come out with a Damascus Launch 9 I will probably order 2 of them
Very smooth and fast deployment! Though small, it still is surprisingly comfortable in hand. The ano on the aluminum handle is consistent and looks good but the damascus pattern on the blade look much better in the picture than it does in person. I would recommend others to select a different version but the Launch 4 itself is a solid knife for edc.
very appealing and handy little knife. reasonably sharp. does not open easily when pressing button. frequently must press more than once. perhaps it will loosen with time. should be more reliable out of the box.
When I got my blade and started using it for the occasional box opening, the gloss coating that was put on immediately began to fall off in unattractive splotches. This makes the Damascus look painted on (even though it's just harder to see compared to the parts that still have a coating). OTHER THAN THAT It's an amazing knife with a clip that 'should' be a deep carry considering that over a quarter of the knife sticks out of your pocket. The blade came super sharp out of the factory, and the opening mechanism is quick and snappy. It's just that weird coating that flakes off that kind of ruins the Damascus looks. And thats kind of why you get Damascus in this day and age, for its looks. The normal Launch 4 would get 4 stars, mostly because of that pocket clip which can easily be replaced aftermarket to give you, in my opinion, a 5 star knife.
