Defective Straight Out Of The Box!

I ordered two of this specific model. Extremely disappointed. A few flips and the Assisted Safe Spring pops in and out of the knife not alloying the knife to deploy. Kershaw needs to recall this model knife and redesign the overall quality of the knife.
