This model of the LionSteel ROK comes with a textured orange aluminum handle and a satin finished blade made from M390. The retractable pocket clip is also orange.
The LionSteel ROK is an innovative integral frame lock folding knife built with the H.WAYL System, a LionSteel patent that creates a spring loaded retractable pocket clip. Pop it out for secure daily carry, and when you are ready to use the knife, the pocket clip retracts back into the handle. The ROK's single-piece aluminum handle is stylishly textured for a secure grip, and comes outfitted with the Rotoblock safety system and a steel lockbar insert. Its blade is made from premium Bohler M390 and sports a flat grind and partial swedge.

This knife is great when opened and held in hand. It was also very sharp out of the box. Problems… the push to open pocket clip is very hard to operate and made putting knife away difficult. The blade lock was very rough and hard to release the blade to fold it. So hard it was unsafe. The first problem is probably universal to the knife design. The second… not sure, maybe just my knife. Anyway, I’m not using this as I’d intended. It will go in an emergency pack for rare use.
