So the positives... it's an attractive knife and the steel is amazing. Now the negatives... it did not come very sharp, the grind was uneven, and the edge was visibly toothy, and my vision isn't perfect. I could literally see jagged teeth on the edge and uneven grind lines on the blade. But after I spent an hour and half reprofiling the edge to AN EVEN GRIND and putting a mirror polish on it, it is extremely shar now. I have no doubt that this high end steel will work out well. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THOUGH... It is almost impossible to open. I wish that I would have just returned it. I so much regret fixing the edge because now I cannot return this knife. It is worthless. I have never had a knife that is so incredibly difficult to open. I hate this knife. The only reason I did not give it a 1 star is because I love the steel they chose. Don't buy this knife.
