The FastHawk from SOG is a faster, lighter, more agile, and easier to carry version of its sibling the Tactical Tomahawk ax. The FastHawk is still powerful, versatile, and functional. Chopping, breaking, cutting, hammering, piercing, digging, prying, pounding shaving, notching, opening and throwing are all capabilities well within the FastHawk’s reach.
The FastHawk has a satin finished 420 stainless steel head that is fitted to the glass-filled nylon handle with heavy-duty bolts and a steel ferrule for superior strength. Side hammer checkering insures precision placement when swinging. Comes in a nylon sheath that can be mounted to belt, backpack, or gear.

Every time I use this tomahawk I am surprised at what it is able to do. This is definitely worth the money.
I've had this tomahawk for over 2 months now and it's been great! It's very strong and durable. I'm a beginner axe thrower (so it's highly likely that I'll miss the stick to the target) and so far, it's been able to withstand any hard hits to my wooden practice target. It takes rolls on the dirt ground well and is easy to clean. Just make sure the get the grooves and hole on the handle!
This tool is good for the price, offers a competitive option for beginners, and is a lot of fun to use. I especially like the sound the hawk makes when it Is thrown.
