Awesome Value
Ben W.
I got this knife a few weeks ago. Considering it has a tanto, recurve and serrated edge, this knife was worrisome. But for D2 and titanium at $30, most of my concerns vanished. When I first got this knife it was very stiff, I couldn't completely deploy the blade open to save my life. Also the frame lock would get stuck and would require me to use both hands to release the lock. After working it for a few days it got much better and now it flies open and glides closed. However, now I can open the blade from the closed position just by shaking the knife once (Not sure if this makes it a gravity knife so local knife laws must be checked). Overall a great knife for the money, this thing absolutely destroyed my latest BladeHQ Cardboard package.
Great Knife

I have a lot of knives: Spyderco, Benchmade, Microtech, Diskin, & Sog to name a few; this is my first Schrade. I am impressed, this is a lot of knife for the money: titanium, D2, & a solid lock up.
I had to lube it a little with some Rem oil, and it opens nice. Pick one up before they are gone.
Loved it

Even though I only have a few knives, this one is by far my favorite, mostly because I love titanium.
The only downside to this knife is that since it is a tanto/recurve with serrations, it is very difficult to sharpen evenly.
