Definitely worth the money, however not exactly good for spinning or flipping around.

After about an hour of playing around with it after taking it out of the box, it wore the skin on my index and middle finger down to scabs here two days later.

Sure, I got a little carried away, but either way the two metal rings you stick your finger through are surprisingly abrasive to the skin.
Im sure they could be taped or something...
