This is another solid design from Spyderco that's sure to please those who love the PM2, but prefer shorter blades or live in areas with blade-length restrictions.

That's IT!

This knife allowed me to put all my others back in the case.

Got m4 spyderco and Benchmade 940-2 and the spyderco won out of the box sharpness and easier to deploy the blade. Both knife are my first of the brand. Spyderco only problem is that i might not ever use this m4 spyderco real world use ... I will however buy a different one that is not limited edition to become my go to over the Benchmade 940-2.. Spyderco Para3 is super well made knife
Great size for EDC

I love this thing. The lock is so solid. The edge came flawless out of the box. Blade is perfectly centered. The Natural G10 is very unique and the M4 steel is awesome. Of course Blade HQ had it to my door in 3 days. Great service.
Oozing of Awesome

This was my first Spyderco and I love it! The blade is excellent especially with the solid gimping on it. It came stupid sharp and has quickly jumped into my carry rotation!
New to the PM collection

This is my first PM3 or any PM for that matter. I normally carry any of the Salt/H1 for my EDC and recently have carried a Manix 2. This is a nice change up and also frees up a little more room in the pocket. I can defiantly say that I am now a big fan of the PM3's. I have added a few more to my wish list along with a couple of PM2's.
Great knife.

great knife bought it to match the pm2 dlc exclusive. I didnít notice bhq is releasing a dlc Para 3 m4 so Iíll probably get it to really match lol. Everything about the knife is perfect expect the tuning itís a little rough opening and dropping the blade shut. Not to big of a deal in my eyes nothing some blu lube and a trox bit wont take care of. See you on the next one BHQ lifetime customer here
Round 2

Picked up the PM2 in natural G10 and M4 steel when BHQ had that exclusive run of knives. I had to follow that up with the little sibling. Ordered on the 26th and the package showed up today, the 29th. These folks are incredible.

The knife is flawless. Fit and finish are exemplary, and the M4 blade was deadly sharp out of the box. I added a Lynch aftermarket clip and I now have my newest EDC rotation.

Well done BHQ.

Better handle to blade ratio than PM 2. Perfect EDC.
Spyderco Para 3 Jade M4

Having just got into serious quality knives in the last year (yeah I used to think smith Wesson from Box stores were good) I have collected a ton of spydercos. ..which I didn't really like the look of in the beginning! I have XL sized hands and naturally I was buying big knives like the GB , Manix 2, Military, and PM2. These are all great blades ......but do have their disadvantages in profile and weight. I took a chance recently and bought the Para 3 Maxamet and haven't looked back since.

This CPM -M4 Jade exclusive is manufactured perfectly and is very comfortable in my hand . The knife screams quality and function and I highly recommend it. Love this blade.
Can't put it away

I was lucky enough to get an m4 dlc manix2. This checks the same box for me but in a smaller package. Absolutely love the compression lock better however, and this steel rocks. Shipping was crazy fast, got it in 2 days.
Another collectible piece

It's like Grandpa and Grandson together :D
Can't resist using it

I bought and have loved the BHQ exclusive Manix 2, putting it to fairly rough use. I also bought the BHQ exclusive Para 2 w/ the black DLC coated blade, and I figured since I had the Manix, I'd just keep the P2 as a drawer model, investment piece.

It was my intent to do the same w/ this P3, but it's just not going to happen. As much as I like the Manix, it's a heavy knife (even w/ skeletonized liners), which is perfect for many things, but not so much carrying around SLC in shorts. And though I haven't used it, I could tell at a glance the P2 would be too long for my tastes.

The P3 however solves both those issues: it's just a bit shorter than the P2 and Manix but significantly lighter; and the loss in blade length is only a fraction of an inch. In other words, the P3 is just the right size for and EDC, and already it's dominating the rotation.

Oh, and of course there is the added bonus of CPM M4 blade steel, which is untouchable for edge-retention and sharpness by any other steels I know of, save maybe for S90V and CPM 20CV. So if you're reading this while some are still available, GET ONE (or two or three), you'll be happy you did
