TOPS Knives Black Heat Fixed Blade Knife (6" Black) BKHT-01

What an awesome knife. TOPS is such a great company. I like their knives more than ka-bars and they have become my favorite company for fixed blades. The size of the Black Heat is perfect and I love their black traction coating with the red and black micarta handles. It is a heavy knife as you can expect with the quarter inch steel. Even the blade is still extremely thick and strong to the tip. I will definitely be putting a lanyard on for wrist securment in case of the knife slipping or something but what an awesome knife over all. The blade has a really nice shape with a nice belly towards the tip. The kydex sheath it comes with is secure with no play at all. A nice firm hold with a nice swiveling clip. This knife could be ideal for service members, campers, collectors, and other knife enthusiasts. Guess it could be used as a hunting knife but not for skinning. 100% recommend the knife but more so the company in general. I hope to try many of their knives in the future.
