Features:
the most comfortable knife I have from TOPS for small camping tasks. A s35vn blade with a dangler kydex sheath for only $150. this is the best deal out there for the quality and the materials you will get from the best knife company in the biz
Been waiting to get my hands on this knife for a while, and I’m definitely not disappointed. I’m surprised this knife is only $150, the quality is superb! I love the blade profile on this knife big ole belly! Haven’t yet used the knife but from my initial impression it’s going to be a great knife. The only thing I am not to fond of is the sheath setup, would rather have a metal belt clip instead of the leather, do not like how it hangs and flops around. Really good retention on the Kydex sheath though. The G10 handles are also smooth and are also good looking, I have very large hands and the knife is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this knife!
My second and current favorite TOPS knife. The S35VN blade came sharp enough to kinda shave and sharp enough to do everything it needs to, for now. I'll pass some fine stones across it and strop it into shape before I put it on game, which is hopefully soon. Just using it around the house for a couple days proves I made the right decision for my purposes. If you are thinking about getting into the next level of knives, TOPS is your gateway drug and this is the knife to beat. The blade geometry, materials and how it feels in your hand is sublime. A tiny bit better design on the sheath (which is better than most factory sheaths by far) and this knife would be absolutely perfect. It's pretty close as it is.
