Tenable Knives Bömbur

The Tenable Knives Bömbur (named after everyone's favorite fat dwarf from The Hobbit) takes after its namesake—it's a big boy. Designed by Midgards Messer, it has a wide drop point blade that's nearly a quarter-inch thick and a deep fuller that doubles as a secondary opener. The handle is also meaty, but not so much that it's uncomfortable; on the contrary, the contouring and jimping make this a surprisingly ergonomic tool. High pivot placement and a minimal choil maximize the edge real estate on this beast of a blade, enhancing it visually and practically.
