The angled handle should be standard on ALL chef's knifes. Go look at all the other chef knives! Handles are parallel to the spine. Like they've never used a knife on a cutting board before. Amateurs. This knife has the angled-handle I've wanted for years and I love it. Make the other sizes in White Fibrox please.

Some might be intimidated by the sheer length, but this is a very good all around chef's knife to have in your kitchen arsenal. The length is enough to handle, even with small hands, and will be enough knife for just about any job without having to switch down to a paring knife. The high carbon steel blade will hold an edge well and sharpens or hones quickly. Great value, great handle (very comfortable for rocking), and easy to sharpen.
