This was my first Zt. I was really excited to get this knife but after having this knife for two weeks I realized these knives are not as solid as you may think. I was using this zt last night and the bade was fully locked open. I hit the back of the blade and the blade closed on my finger. It caused a gash in the knuckle of my finger. The knife looks good and on paper sounds good but if you plan on putting the knife to use beware that the blade will close on you if the back gets hit. I had made plans to get more zt's in the future but not now. I have to be able to have total confidence in the knives I use.
I thought that it might just be a flaw with my zt but after doing some research this seems to be a problem for others as well. There is a video on youtube showing this issue on several zt's if you do not believe me. So having this gash in my finger has really hindered what I can do. On a positive note it does slice well.

As is the case with most knives, pictures don't do them justice... in this case, more so.

This is a favorite designer of mine and I'm glad I was able to take advantage of the sale price, which is a true bargain!

As other reviewer's have stated, even though this is a large folder it 'seems' very light and carries well.

I replaced the pocket clip with Item #BHQ-84590 - it requires a slight tweak but in my opinion it finishes this blade off with a deep carry option that matches the knife's titanium grey color well.

Beautiful, functional blade with top quality materials and CNC fabrication.
ZT 0920 is awesome

My third ZT after two 0452 of those few knives that put the silly grin on your face when the blade snaps out, and you don't want to adjust a thing. Gravity flips are amazing with it too. Lovely, deadly blade shape and hardness, nice handle heft but with surprising lightness. Absolutely worth getting even at full price - a singular piece showing ZT is still right up there or exceeding estimable overseas competitors in build, action and materials, beautifully expressing this design.
Form Fit and Finish - Above the Rest

Quality in design, material and craftsmanship is above the rest. The weight is minimal and it features an excellent hand filling grip with great retention. The 0920 - Les George will not disappoint. Scary sharp right out of the box.

This is my 2nd ZT knife, and my most expensive knife too. As with my ZT 0350BW the quality that you get for the price is hard to beat. The 0920 feels awesome in hand, and in the pocket. The cpm-20cv blade steel is the best I've ever seen. The slight recurve is quite nice too.

I watched quite a few reviews on this knife but when you get your hands on it, hear how it sounds when opened, and feel how smooth it closes, you'll know it's well worth the price you pay, and a knife that is up to anything challenge.
Knife is legit

Ergo's, detent, quality, grind, you won't be disappointed.
Yet Another Great ZT!

While ZT put out several great knives out in 2017, the 0920 just might be the best of the bunch. Itís big but very light for its size, the materials are top notch, and the fit and finish are perfect. I also love the texturing on the handle, the unique blade shape, and the gold hardware looks great.
My favorite knife
What can I say about this monster of a knife. It's super sharp, fall shut buttery smooth, superb steel, and just beautiful. I'm in love at first slice

This is a big knife, but, it is surpisingly light fot its size. Radiused handles lend to its size and add to the excellent ergonomics. Cuts well enough. The fit and finish are excellent as are the materials. Has some nice dtails. Don't like the show side clip holes. Les George designs some great looking knives and this one is no exception. Great option when you can't buy the custom version
Love at first slice

First of all I have bought many knives from Blade HQ and I have never experienced the slightest flaw with customer service, nor with any knife I have bought from them for that matter. I also love the videos they make, especially the knife banter series.

That being said, this purchase was the best I have made from them. In fact this may in fact be the best and most badass knife I have owned thus far. I own many knives (Kershaw, ZT, Spyderco, Benchmade, Kizer, Ruike, Ontario, Boker, etc.) And the 0920 is as of right now my priciest and highest in quality. I love my ZT 0801ti, but this knife make it look like one of those mini swiss army knives. If I were to enter into a fight to the death with a grizzly bear, this would be my weapon of choice. In fact, the absolute solidity of this tool firmly convinces me that it was forged by a god from the heart of a dying star. Well, that may be an overstatement, but I am thoroughly impressed with this blade. It will most likely be the only knife I will edc for a long time.
Best zt for this year

This is an amazing knife. Everyone keeps talking about how huge it is, and its a big knife, but not that big, c'mon now. I'd say that's an exaggeration. Its smaller than the true harpy. Anyway, les has an awesome design here. The blade has great lines and Zt implemented it perfectly. My particular example really was flawless. Nice even bevel throughout the blade. Great action, finish, anodizing. It cuts extremely well, boosted by the great geometry. Hopefully they ran a good heat treat on the 20c.f. and it'll be a horse of a knife. Blade was centered, everything. A beautiful knife, and I'm critical for sure. I love this knife. Only thing worth buying from Zt in 2017 imo, but its really worth it. I think history will treat it with praise.

I am pretty new to knife collecting, but when I saw this piece I knew I was looking for a beautiful yet useful design and this one hit it right on the head! As soon as I opened the box all I noticed was QUALITY. It feels amazing in hand (I have large hands) zero hot spots great texture on the handle. The blade has a BEAUTIFUL design that looks even better in person. No wobble at all feels extremely solid and came shaving sharp out of the box. The action is glass smooth and even will drop closed out of the box. Just an amazing knife totally worth the money I am extremely happy. This is my first ZT and I will be buying more!
Everything I Wanted

This knife is excellent in virtually every category!

The blade (which is freaking gorgeous) opens with a satisfying 'thunk' and falls shut effortlessly. So effortlessly that my thumb knuckle paid the price within ten minutes of owning the darn thing...

The blade was frighteningly sharp right out of the box (remember my thumb knuckle?) and would shave hair without batting an eye.

Centering on the blade was PERFECT.

I was a little concerned about the ZT logo on the clip being gaudy but it is really muted because of the gold anodization. This knife looks awesome even sitting in the pocket!

In person, the back spacers are on the orange side of gold, but I personally like it and think all of the hardware looks great overall.

The contouring on the handles makes it SUPER comfortable to handle and fidget with.

Overall, I think this knife is everything I wanted it to be. It's functionally perfect and executed flawlessly. That being said, it kinda seems like the equivalent of a Porsche SUV. It's seductive and well built, and could probably do well getting dirty off road, but would I WANT to push it to the limits of its capabilities? Probably not. It's just too darn sexy.
Sure Blade Material is CPM-20CV

I want to know blade material exactly is CPM-20CV, is that true?
Blade HQ response:
Beastly EDC...

Large knife with a EDC feel. The contoured Ti handles carry flat in the pocket, and is surprisingly lightweight, (lighter than a stainless Endura). Fit and finish is precise as expected from ZT, and the Ti actually has a slight gray tint, making the knife look less monotone in person, if you like to carry big folders, you won't be disappointed...
