Eligibility

The Blade HQ Bounty Hunt (herein referred to as “the Hunt”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By participating in the Hunt, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Hunt is void for residents of New York City (all five boroughs) and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Blade HQ (“Sponsor”), its licensees, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other persons or entities directly associated with this Hunt (collectively, the “Hunt Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or members living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Immediate family members are defined as spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

How to Participate

Starting Monday, May 4th 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MDT, Blade HQ will release the first of six (6) clues via the Hunt leaderboard. Each clue leads to a hidden location somewhere across Blade HQ’s website or social media accounts. Each half hour, a new clue and corresponding bounty will be revealed for a total of six (6) rounds. Contestants must use the clues to locate hidden one-time-use coupon codes. Each code corresponds to a specific prize and can only be used once.

To claim a prize:

• You must be a Blade Club Member (a.k.a. Bounty Club Member for this event).
• You must be logged into your Blade HQ account during the checkout process.
• Enter the found coupon code on the cart page and complete checkout.

No purchase is necessary to redeem a prize. Blade HQ will cover tax and shipping costs for all prizes claimed through the Hunt.

One Prize Per Hunter

Each participant is only eligible to win one (1) prize during the Hunt. If a contestant is found to have claimed more than one prize, Blade HQ reserves the right to withhold all prizes from that participant at its sole discretion.

First Come, First Served

Each promo code has a limited number of uses. The first bounty hunters to successfully apply the code and complete checkout wins the prize. Whenever a promo code is used, it will be marked as such on the leaderboard.

Prize Details

All prizes are awarded "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prize availability and details are subject to change. If a prize cannot be provided, Blade HQ reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Disqualification and Termination

Blade HQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be:

• Tampering with the Hunt
• Violating these Terms & Conditions
• Behaving in an unsportsmanlike, dishonest, abusive, or disruptive manner

In the event of technical issues, force majeure events, or other factors beyond Blade HQ’s control, Blade HQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Hunt.

Limitations and Disclaimers

By participating in the Hunt, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Blade HQ is under no obligation to honor entries, award prizes, or provide reimbursement where cheating, technical manipulation, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Blade HQ cannot guarantee the availability, accessibility, or error-free functioning of its website or any third-party platforms involved in the Hunt.
• Blade HQ is not responsible for programmatic errors, glitches, server malfunctions, internet issues, website slowdowns, cache problems, or other technical difficulties that may affect participation.
• Blade HQ has no control over third-party content, services, or platforms where codes or clues may be embedded or referenced.
• Blade HQ is not obligated to “make it right” in the event a participant claims the Hunt was unfair, malfunctioning, or otherwise unsatisfactory.
• Participation is at your own risk, and Blade HQ makes no representations or guarantees regarding the Hunt's smooth operation, fairness, or final outcomes.

Complaints regarding fairness, lost time, or technical issues will not result in prizes, monetary compensation, or any form of remediation.

Waivers and Liability

By participating, entrants release Blade HQ and all associated Hunt Entities from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Hunt or the acceptance and use of any prize. This includes (but is not limited to) claims related to technical errors, property damage, or personal injury.

Miscellaneous

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.Blade HQ’s decisions on all matters relating to the Hunt are final. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
