I bloody love the Kalash series! The SNAP of the opening is firm and requires a decent purchase on the knife as it could kick out if you haven't got a firm grip. The button can be a bit gritty out of the box, but a spot of oil and she's right as rain. Good weight, great feel on the scales and it's just begging to take on anything you can throw at it. The copper finish is a real nice touch, but I wasn't jazzed about the OD green scales so I picked up a black Kalash and did a cheeky scale swap - It's not as hard as I thought it was and it's a great way to make your own custom pairing!
I've had multiple, and absolutely none of them have been treated with kindness or respect. The tanto has been especially durable, having so much more material behind the tip. Incredibly snappy, great materials for the price, and you'll get a ton of mileage out of it
I’ve had this knife for close to 18 months and I don’t leave the house without it in my pocket. It was my first auto knife and I would not have a problem with depending on this knife for, pretty much, anything. My package arrived very quickly, Bladehq is my home for knives.
I really like this knife, perfect size, nice sharp blade out of the box. love the look, the opening is strong but very smooth and locks solid. I have started carrying it with me everywhere. And the price defiantly did not break the bank.
I really like this knife, perfect size, nice sharp blade out of the box. love the look, the opening is very smooth and locks solid. I have started carrying it with me everywhere. And the price was much more reasonable compared to other brands.
This knife is great, the spring on the opening is strong and has a positive stop when fully opened. Fits in a hand like it was made for it! Great knife at a even better price!
My first Boker after 50+ years of pocket knives. I am impressed, a lot of bang per dollar spent. Sharp enough out of the box - took a very nice edge with a few minutes and a couple of stones.
This is like my 5th Kalashnikov. I can't stop buying them. They all lock up nice and tight. Every one has come shaving sharp. They won't all have perfectly even grinds but nothing I haven't been able to fix in 10-15 minutes on a Sharpmaker. Really more than you can expect for the price. Get some.
I bought this knife because I love the tanto shape and the colors are amazing. I've never bought a knife from bladeHQ but this is quite disappointing. The security seals were already broken when I opened the package and it was duller than anything. I spent about an hour or so trying to sharpen it and it's still very dull. I like the color and the shape and the opening is awesome but it's so dull you can't cut anything and its also to small to hack with. I guess I shouldn't have expected much for $55 but it wasn't even sharp and I couldn't sharpen it. Very dissatisfied.
Loved the packaging. Feels great in the hand. Nice strong action on the open. However not impressed with the sharpness of the blade. Mine was rather dull. Feel bumbed out. Really wanted to love this knife but can’t get over the dull blade
Pocket clip broke after carrying it a couple weeks. Not a sign of good quality. Never snapped a clip off any knife ever. I wouldn't buy another. Also the warranty is void for automatic knives made outside the U.S.
