Would recommend, looks great and feels great in hand. Been flipping the hell out of it and its great at that as well.
the knife flips great and is very smooth, i love it, i would recommend removing the pin and undoing the handle to blade screws, lubricating them and getting them barley tight. it will flip smoother and sound better. the pin gets in the way most of the time. overall great knife. Have a great day
I used to have a IV way back in 2010, it was flawless, handles had amazing tolerances for $100, smooth, almost no play in the handles but still glided open when flipping. This one...Scales have little burs on the handle side where when they milled holes in the holes, just a little small sliver, but I can see it and I shouldn't see it, not on a Bradley knife. Safe handle doesn't have a lot of play, but the spine is so thick it scrubs a little if slide it open in a complete horizontal position, bite handle is to tight, which might work itself out in a day or 2. The sharpness though... they still got that down, though the grind is a little off around the curve, andat the tip their is a little( like microscopic) patch that makes it look as though they got the angle on a pass when sharpening. Only losing a star though because of course this is all a little knit picky because we expect only the best with our favorite brands. And the scrubbing really only happens when knife is completely level, and only then it's barely noticeable; just that small grip at at the end that makes you cringe XD. It's the little burs that really stick out .-. and they almost pass for shadow until you notice not all the holes have it
Feels perfect and extremely well constructed. Just bummed one of the screws was slightly stripped exposing the metal behind the coating and the blade has what looks like a chemical stain. Would have loved to give this a 5 star review just cant. A little bummed its now cheaper than i paid a week ago. Oh well. I love the knife and will use it often
I purchased this knife a while ago. I prefer to use something for long enough to get familiar with it before I write a review. Out of the box, this knife looks and feels well made. It is fairly heavy, but moves well. The phosphor bronze washers allow for a really smooth rotation while snugged down once they are broken in. So the knife is fast without feeling rattle-y (extremely technical term). The blade feels rock solid with the handles touching in the open position. The steel is 154cm, and takes a wicked edge. I did remove the latch, it was loose when not engaged. I EDC this sometimes when it is jacket weather, because it is fun but still functions as a knife really well. Overall, I think this is the best buy in a balisong for anywhere close to this price.
Tang pin little off centre, blade a bit off centre but no blade rub. Flips well. Blade came super sharp, I would Tape the bevel as it is pretty heavy and when you get BIT you feel it.
I have fallen in love with this thing! I think it’s worth the money, however I wouldn’t mind a higher price tag for a better fit and finish
Not much wrong with the knife itself, Though I did purchase a "First Production Run" knife, I did not receive what I payed for.
And kind slow too.
