It’s not that this is a bad knife but it needs a key improvement: it needs to be easier to flip to deploy the blade. I’m not sure how they overlooked such an obvious design flaw.

Having said that, my teenage daughter really likes the size & design since her pockets aren’t typically deep. We both like the rosewood scales.

This knife is the perfect size for me, as I don't like to carry large knives.

The 420HC blade holds up well and can take a beating. It's also fairly easy to sharpen back up to a functional edge.

The Rosewood Dymondwood scales really make this knife stand out, though they can be prone to being damaged or scratched easier than a polymer material.

Though the thumb hole does make the blade easy to deploy, the flipping action is not as smooth as I would like it to be. It tends to take a bit of wrist flick to open.
